How to Delete Your Data

If you signed in with Facebook or Google, you can request deletion of your Monsa account data in two ways:

Option 1: Delete from Your Account

  1. Log in to your Monsa account
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Click "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm deletion

Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to contact@monsa.app with:

  • Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
  • Your email address used for Monsa
  • Specify if you signed in with Google, Facebook, or email/password

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request deletion, we will permanently delete:

  • Your account information (email, name, profile picture)
  • Your usage history and quotas
  • All saved data (ads, stores, SEO insights)
  • Any settings or preferences

Facebook Users

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also manage your Monsa data directly from your Facebook settings:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
  2. Click "Apps and Websites"
  3. Find "Monsa" in the list
  4. Click "Remove" to revoke access and delete data

⚠️ Important Note

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to export any data you want to keep before requesting deletion.
